Leslie Mendoza, Client Services Coordinator

Leslie's an Interdisciplinary Studies Cal Poly graduate settling in San Luis Obispo. The daughter of Salvadoran immigrants, she values the community within the central coast and all it has to offer. Leslie is looking forward to growing with Central Coast Trust as she further develops her accounting skills and relationships with our clients.

In office, Leslie enjoys overseeing our routine accounting and researching what's best for the clients and team alike. Outside of work, she plays percussion and you'll find her reading in cafes downtown.  As she grew up, Leslie garnered an interest in pharmaceutical chemistry, performing music, and collecting comic books as a guilty pleasure.

Vicki Jackson - Smith, Administrative Assistant

BARRY

Vicki has 15+ years of management experience, mainly in the medical and caregiving fields with a few years of vineyard management. Her passion is helping others from behind the scenes. That is a big part of what attracted her to her current position with CCT. She likes being a resource to others and being a part of a team that has a passion for helping.

Vicki and her brother are first generation in the US. Both her parents are from England, and all her relatives live there. After meeting her future husband in 1995, when she lived in Santa Barbara, they moved to San Luis Obispo in 2002. They both enjoy the SLO life and have no plans to leave. Vicki can remain grounded amidst chaos but has a hard time relaxing. When she is not working, you can find her doing yoga or spending time outdoors with her husband hiking/walking, riding bikes or working in their yard. But mainly you’ll find her at the barn with her horse, Buster. Truth be told, Buster and her one-eyed cat, Glinda, are the real reasons she remains grounded.

Rashmi Hareendranath, Administrative Coordinator

Rashmi brings over 11 years of experience in the software industry, guided by a strong passion for organization, problem-solving, and helping others. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science Engineering and is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP), which means she enjoys planning almost as much as she enjoys checking things off a to-do list.

Originally from Bangalore, India, Rashmi moved to San Luis Obispo with her family in 2022 and has enjoyed building a new chapter of life on the Central Coast. She deeply values the friendships and connections she has built along the way.

When she’s not working, she enjoys spending time with her husband and two children, trying new recipes, catching up with friends, and staying involved in community events. She deeply cherishes her relationships and believes they bring joy, strength, and laughter to life.

Rashmi also loves learning new things whenever she can and finds happiness in simple ways of making people feel seen, welcomed, and appreciated.
